End of Life

We at Beit Midrash Eitz Chaim are able to assist with end-of-life issues.  We realize when death is imminent, families and friends need to be comforted and guided, especially during moments when difficult and complicated decisions need to be made and the emotional and spiritual needs are sometimes too overwhelming.  We are here to guide you with traditional Jewish approaches as well as thoughtful pragmatic approaches to end-of-life issues.  We are here to provide a supportive environment for some of your most painful issues associated with death and mourning.  Rabbi Rosen is available to officiate and help you with the arrangements for a funeral service and answer any questions you might have in the days that precede and follow burial.

PSALM 23

Adonai is my shepherd, I shall not want.  You make me to lie down in green pastures; You lead me beside the still waters; You restore my soul; You guide me in straight paths for Your name’s sake. Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for You are with me;  Your rod and Your staff, they comfort me.  You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies; You have anointed my head with oil. My cup runs over.  Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life.  And I shall dwell in Your House forever.
